Dark Are The Last Days

It is the far future and demons have invaded the earth from the outer dark. Much of the planet has been laid to waste but a handful of great cities still stand strong against the demon onslaught, helped by the priests of the Melchizidine order.

Canadians will see Samsung Galaxy S III delayed until June 27

Samsung Galaxy S III

Canadian retailers have been taking preorders for the Samsung Galaxy S III for quite some time now but according to Samsung, the official launch originally set for June 20th in Canada will now happen on June 27th. Why, you ask? Demand for the device according to Samsung Canada who took to Twitter to let their followers know:

Due to unprecedented demand, our launch of GALAXY S III will happen June 27th, rather than June 20th. Thanks for your understanding.

You'll have to excuse us for being a little skeptical here Samsung. Yes, we know you reportedly have over 9 Million global preorders for the Samsung Galaxy S III but that being the case does that mean you allocated the stock elsewhere and now are making Canadians wait? Will this delay also, eventually cause a delay for U.S. customers as well?

Seems kinda like we're not getting the full story here. What? Someone had to say it.

For a minute there, we thought we had traveled in time to 2013. We turned on the TV at 1:45 p.m. ET to watch President Obama's big economic speech, and there was President Romney instead. But it turned out Obama was just late, so that Candidate Romney took the opportunity to go first.

Obama seemed to think he had gone back in time to 2008. As everyone expected, he spent much of the speech blaming George W. Bush for America's economic troubles. Presumably he took encouragement from a new Gallup poll released this morning: "Americans continue to place more blame for the nation's economic problems on George W. Bush than on Barack Obama, even though Bush left office more than three years ago."

Launching your book needs a lot of pre-publishing work. You want your book's audience to know you, like you, and trust you.? I urge new authors, and even experienced authors,? to do the pre-marketing and create a book marketing plan that makes their book a success BEFORE it's published, either online or in print.

Here's Pre-Marketing Steps to Work on Now

1. Create 5-10 informational and how-to articles for www.ezinearticles.com or www.hubpages.com.

These high-traffic sites with millions visiting each day (your site has about 50-300 a day) will show your audience your information. Be sure to attract your best audience within the article with a compelling free eBook, newsletter, special report, or YouTube video tips at your site.

Submit each original article to one online publication site only, to avoid duplicate content. Your own book selling site will get a lot more targeted visitors. If they read your article and visit your site, they are already pre-sold.

Plus, you will be building backlinks, which can greatly improve your website's standing in Google searches.

2. Create your own book-selling website or add a sales letter to your current business website.

When your article readers visit your site, they also need a reason to buy, so be sure to put up a strong, short sales letter with plenty of testimonials.

3. Know the BIG 3 Marketing Machine that is still the # one way to get more sales.

-Create a great selling website.

-At least one per week ? submit an article to an online publication site that answers specific questions your target audience is dying to know.

-Write a stellar book that really engages your best audience and shows you as the savvy expert.

4. Install WordPress or another blog platform at your site.

Put up valuable content that illustrates your expertise and pulls your audience to purchase your book or your service. Share this link at Twitter and other social networks (don't forget targeted LinkedIn groups!).

5. Comment on other high-traffic blogs that reach your particular audience.

You should also join a few social networking groups at LinkedIn and comment when you can to show your wisdom.

Better yet! Submit guest blog posts to other high-traffic blogs and earn new targeted followers and potential book buyers.

6. Create a twitter account and start sharing tips from your expertise.

Also stay in touch with your core audience there or gurus in your field. Connect your twitter tweets to show up at your Facebook Page and your LinkedIn account. Websites like www.hootsuite.com can help you better managed these.

7. Send how to tips (5-7) from your book as press releases.

They'll be more likely to get published. Media wants how-to's, not promotional stuff.

8. Know and write your book's 9 'Essential Hot Selling Points.'

These will include a list of 5-10 benefits (not features), your best audience, and your best title and cover, the # 1 hot selling point that sells at least 25% more books.

Know these before you even write your book, so it speaks more personally to your audience. Speaking to general audiences dilutes your message and the word-of-mouth sales that come from reader satisfaction. Be sure to find your targeted audience(s) first.

While this all looks like a lot of work, your book sales will wither and die without these publicity, promotion, and marketing supports for your book's success. Commit to this and get help from a mentor in this field who knows the business needs around books.

FUSIOON Fusioon 2 music review by Mellotron Storm

FUSIOON were a Spanish band who offered up three albums during the seventies. This is the middle one from 1974. Neither of the first two measure up to their final album in my opinion. Lots to like here for the Prog fan as long as you don't mind an abundnace of GENTLE GIANT references. That GG flavour is quite strong throughout.

"Farsa Del Buen Viver" brings that GG vibe to the fore right away. You'd think they were covering one of their songs, but they aren't. Even the vocal style is similar. Catchy stuff though. "Contraste" opens with percussion, piano and vocal melodies as the synths join in. It settles before 2 1/2 minutes then picks back up. A calm 4 minutes in and even here GENTLE GIANT comes to mind. It picks up again. "Tritons" opens with some nice drum work as GG comes to mind again. Impressive keyboards follow. A calm 3 minutes in then the organ comes in as it builds. Vocal melodies 8 minutes in to end it.

"Dialogos" has these intricate sounds with no melody really but that changes when it picks up and the vocals arrive. This is catchy with a GG flavour. "Concerto Grosso" is the almost 10 minute closing track. More GG styled music and the vocals come in after 3 1/2 minutes. A calm follows with fragile vocals. The piano replaces the vocals before 6 minutes but the vocals are back quickly then it picks up. This sounds better 8 minutes in.

Like the debut this is a good album but i'd go for their third record if i were you.
